STEP 1 – Apply a nickel-sized amount to dry skin, face, and neck. May also be used on the chest
STEP 2 – Gently massage balm onto the skin with hands for 30 seconds, using circular motions. Safe to use over eye and lip area
STEP 3 – Rinse with warm water. Balm will transform into a light, milky, watery texture, rinsing off easily, leaving a light, protective cushion.
