Q – Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico.

 

Q - Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for all orders $60+.

Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $60.

 

Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Under normal circumstances, orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive.

 

Q - When will my Shikō order ship?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within the next 1-2 business days (Monday through Sunday, not including holidays). We know you’re excited to receive your orders, and we are excited for you to receive them!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note it take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

 

Q – How much does shipping cost?

For orders less than $60, there is a $8.50 flat shipping fee. Expedited shipping is also available: 2 Business Day shipping is $20.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico, there is a $15 flat shipping fee.  Expedited shipping is also available: 2 Business Day shipping is $40.
