NAKAMURAKIN® Essence features a specific strain of yeast initially discovered by a group of researchers from Kyoto University after 20 years of extensive research. Its antioxidant properties served as the foundation of THE FINGGY Mask®, a prescription-only product that became so popular at the Ishii Clinic, people waited in long lines to receive it every day. When customers shared that they wanted the ability to use THE FINGGY Mask® on a daily basis, even when it was difficult to visit the clinic, Dr. Ishii worked to develop his proprietary NAKAMURAKIN® formula into an easy-to-use lotion that didn’t require special refrigeration or a prescription. Finally in 2012, THE FINGGY Lotion became available to the general public as a cosmetic product. With this formula and other salon-quality products, Dr. Ishii was able to realize his vision of providing accessible solutions to alleviate skin conditions for as many people as possible.
