STEP 1 – Empty one capsule of powder into the palm of hand and add a few drops of water. Mix water and powder together with fingers in hand and it will turn into a rich foam.

STEP 2 – Massage foam onto dry skin for up to 30 seconds and rinse off with warm water. Can be used with a foaming net to enhance foam. If wearing waterproof eye-makeup, double-cleanse.
